Pick up from your hotel at 9:00am by our English-speaking tour guide & private car/van and drive to Hidden Markets . Look for knockoff items, knock-off clothes like Northface jackets (can be real - who knows? .... illegal to bring back into the USA but hundreds of tourists do it), knockoff watches, glasses, bagsnotebooks,shoes ... of those brand names as Prada, Gucci, Chanel,Armani etc.
Because those knockoff brands are illegal to sell in Silk or Pearl Market for copyright problems, the salesman hide them somewhere near the markets, thus comes out the Hidden Market.
After all that shopping take a break and have a typical Chinese lunch.
In the afternoon, go shopping in the Yuanhou Embroidery Silk Store- one of the appointed enterprises of the Beijing Tourism Administration and well known for embroideries and silk.
After a day of exploring, visit a tea house for some relaxation and a tea ceremony. Tea produced in China is a favorite drink of the Chinese people. Green, black and oolong teas are most popular.x
